For more than 18 years, Lothar has been advising numerous companies as an expert in transformation, restructuring, strategic realignment, growth, the set-up of new sites, carve-outs, and post-merger integration with a focus on people & culture, organizational development, and communication. His spectrum ranges from owner-managed medium-sized companies and PE investments to corporate groups with a company size ranging from 100 employees up to almost 10,000 employees. Prior to his work as an advisor, Lothar was CHRO of DHL Worldwide Express in Germany and CHRO of Busche Mediengruppe, among other responsible key roles. His clients appreciate his strategic and, at the same time, pragmatic approach. His creativity in developing solutions and his ability to balance the constraints of all partners involved and to develop opportunities from them have led to quick agreements being reached even in conflictual situations.
